- Can our accountant access the platform?
- Yes. Accountant and consultant roles provide read or edit access to financial schedules and technical reports without exposing unrelated company data.
- Does it integrate with our existing tools?
- You can link evidence from Git repositories, upload documents, and export data for your accountant. Deeper integrations with Jira, Linear, and accounting systems are on our roadmap.
- What about data security?
- Data is stored in Canadian-region infrastructure with encryption at rest and in transit. Role-based permissions ensure team members see only what they need.

- Yes. Company owners and admins can connect OpenAI, Gemini, or Claude with a bring-your-own-key setup, or subscribe to ELEMONT AI if you prefer managed infrastructure with no key management.
- How does MCP integration work?
- Generate a secure MCP link in AI settings, paste it into Claude Desktop, ChatGPT, or another MCP-compatible client, and your assistant can list prior claim years and pull structured technical and project data—read-only, scoped to your company.
- What is included in the free plan?
- The free plan includes basic project setup, limited technical narrative drafting, and access to educational resources. It is ideal for exploring SR&ED eligibility and understanding the platform before upgrading.
- What does Premium include?
- Premium unlocks full technical narrative editing, employee and contractor tracking, financial calculations, evidence uploads, team collaboration, and eligibility for our audit guarantee program.
- How does per-member AI Review pricing work?
- AI Review is billed per user who needs AI-assisted narrative review. A 5-person engineering team would pay 5 × $67/month plus GST/HST. Members with read-only access are not charged.
- What is the 12.5% audit guarantee?
- Available to Premium members, this contingent fee arrangement means if CRA reviews your claim, professional audit defense support is available with fees tied to 12.5% of successful outcomes. Full terms provided at enrollment.
