This Cookie Policy explains how ELEMONT uses cookies and similar technologies on elemont.ca, our French marketing pages, and related public web properties. It should be read together with our Privacy Policy.

These cookies are necessary to provide secure sign-in, maintain your authenticated session between our marketing website and dashboard, remember cookie consent choices, and protect the Services from abuse. Because they are strictly necessary, they are set when required for the feature you use.

Analytics cookies (optional)
If you choose "Accept all cookies" in our cookie banner, we use Google Analytics and the Google Ads tag to understand how visitors use our website and whether a Google ad led to a visit. These cookies are not set if you choose "Essential only."

3. Consent and your choices

We do not use analytics or ads-conversion cookies before you provide consent. Where GDPR applies, our default is to deny analytics and ad storage until you opt in. The Google Ads tag measures our own campaigns; we do not use it for cross-site advertising profiles.
4. Browser controls
Most browsers let you block or delete cookies. If you block essential cookies, parts of the Services may not function correctly, including secure sign-in and dashboard access from the marketing site.
5. Canadian and international compliance
Our cookie practices are designed to align with PIPEDA's requirement for meaningful consent, Quebec Law 25 expectations for transparency, and GDPR principles of purpose limitation, data minimization, and user control for non-essential cookies.
6. Updates
We may update this Cookie Policy when we add or remove technologies, providers, or legal requirements. The effective date at the top of this page will change when we do.
