We are two people who came from the largest professional services firms. We built ELEMONT as the firm we wished had existed—applying that training in an AI-first model for Canadian leadership teams.
ELEMONT was founded by two people who came from Big 4 firms—serving complex clients, navigating CRA reviews, and delivering the caliber of work leadership teams expect from top-tier advisors. That training is our credibility and the foundation of how we work.
We built ELEMONT as the firm we wished had existed: an AI-first operating model where experienced professionals and software work together so advice stays implementable for growing companies. Disciplined methods, evidence standards, and judgment under review still shape every engagement.
Today we apply that craft to SR&ED, AI consultation, and software, scoped to the decision in front of you. We also work alongside larger firms when that serves the client.
